From the necessary checks prior to the purchase, during the negotiation, the deposit contract, all the legal documents, the notary, to the payment of taxes, changes of supplies ...

take care
transitive verb / intransitive verb

Take care of a person, who requires some kind of attention or assistance, being aware of their needs and providing what is necessary for them to be well or in good condition.

COLLECTION BY RESULT

If I don't get it, I don't charge you anything, I will have worked for you for free. I am going to do a laborious job because I know that I am going to charge it, do you think I would do all that work if I did not trust that we are going to reach our common goal?
